Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Pomodori (bundle ID
com.pomodoro.krypt.timemanagement.focus.app) handles data when you use the app and related
support channels.
Core product approach: local-first
Pomodori is built as a local-first app. Your task list, timer settings, and session history are stored on your device by default. We do not currently provide user accounts or cloud profile sync.
Data we process
Data stored locally on your device
- Tasks and task status
- Timer settings and app preferences
- Session history and related productivity logs
- Notification preferences
Operational/analytics data via service providers
- Firebase Analytics: event-level usage data (for example onboarding complete, first session complete, paywall shown, trial start, purchase success).
- Firebase Remote Config: app configuration values and delivery metadata.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash diagnostics and device/app state details needed to debug issues.
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement and purchase status, including identifiers used to map purchases to your app installation.
- Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems: purchase and payment records managed by the platform stores.
Optional features
- Speech-to-text / microphone: if you enable voice input features, microphone access and speech processing are used only for that feature.
- YouTube radio: if you play radio/video content, YouTube/Google services may receive technical playback and device/network data as part of content delivery.
- Local notifications: scheduled on-device to remind you about timer sessions and tasks.
How we use data
- Provide timer, task, and session-history features.
- Maintain subscription access and entitlement status.
- Improve reliability, performance, and UX through analytics and crash diagnostics.
- Deliver optional audio/video and voice-related features when you use them.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
No user accounts at this time
Pomodori does not currently offer in-app account registration or login. We may still process technical identifiers generated by devices, operating systems, stores, or service providers for app operation and subscription handling.
Data retention
Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Provider-hosted records (analytics, diagnostics, subscription events, and store purchase history) follow each provider’s own retention policies.
Your choices and controls
- Delete tasks/history in-app where available.
- Disable notifications in device settings.
- Disable microphone permission in device settings if you do not want voice features.
- Stop using YouTube radio features if you do not want YouTube content requests.
- Uninstall the app to remove local app storage from your device.
Privacy and deletion requests
For privacy questions or data requests, contact [email protected] with subject line “Pomodori Privacy Request”. Include your platform (iOS/Android/macOS), app version, and a description of your request.
We can guide deletion of local app data and handle provider-side requests where applicable. We cannot delete billing records controlled by Apple or Google; those must be managed via your store account settings and platform support channels.
