Agreement to terms

By using Pomodori (bundle ID com.pomodoro.krypt.timemanagement.focus.app), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

Pomodori is a local-first productivity app for timer sessions, task tracking, and session history. Some features rely on third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and YouTube.

No account system currently

Pomodori currently does not require account sign-up or login. The app may still use technical identifiers from your device, operating system, app stores, or service providers to operate subscriptions, diagnostics, and analytics.

Subscriptions and paid features

• Subscription billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• RevenueCat is used for entitlement management and subscription status.
• Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and taxes are shown in the relevant store flow before purchase.
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Cancellation and refund handling are governed by store policies in your region.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt app services.
• Do not use the app in ways that violate applicable law.
• Respect third-party provider terms when using integrated features (for example YouTube playback).

Third-party services

The app depends on third-party infrastructure and platform services. Availability, outages, and policy changes in those services may affect certain app features.

Disclaimers

Pomodori is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to improve stability and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with all devices/configurations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krypt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted at this route with a revised date.
